It was an impressive and quiet hotel in a great area, just next door to the bars, main train station and the Harley festival. The property had a great location so close to Rathaus Villach. The breakfast meal was wonderful with fresh squeezed juice and meats.

Great bathroom, clean room, helpful reception staff who speak English well. Impressive gym equipment, friendly and helpful receptionist. Good location near the city center, easy to find, rich breakfast, and parking available in the garage.

Room was too warm.The multimedia Tv is very nice but the fan of the pc that control the tv is very noisy and never stops.In bathroom missing shampoo and shower gel samples :They are replaced with a liquid soap similar to the one you find in pubblic toilets.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a shopping center. The location was nice, as it was in the center of the town and within easy walking distance to the Villach center. The staff here were very polite and nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service offered to and from the rail station. The refurbished rooms were pleasant to stay in, clean, and cozy. I loved the fact that they even had a bathtub for relaxation. The breakfast provided had a lot to choose from and was delicious. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great value for the price.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff here were very friendly and competent, ensuring a pleasant stay.
